How to use asset ownership as your savings account

If you think about ASSET Ownership as your savings account then you can build real WEALTH. The savings account does not inflate or generate interest but ASSETS like STOCKS and REAL ESTATE do.

You don’t have to be a trader like me to participate. You can bet on America and buy the top 500 companies in 1 product called an ETF. The ETF for the S&P 500 can be found in the stock market under the code(ticker) SPY. As of today the price of this etf is about $350/share. So for every $350 of cash you have in savings you could own 1 share of this asset.

You would park the cash in this product the same way you park cash in your savings account. As the stock market continues to go up, as it always does(long term) your asset will appreciate in value whereas your savings account is decreasing in value due to inflation.

The FEDERAL RESERVE controls the economy by growing it or shrinking it when they artificially manipulate INTEREST RATES. When they want to cool the economy they RAISE INTEREST RATES. When they want to grow the economy they LOWER INTEREST RATES. This activity has a direct impact on ASSETS.

You don’t need talent or to spend $50k to listen to some motivational speaker/financial coach to build your wealth. If you understand what I am saying then you understand the big picture and invisible hand that creates the wealth gaps.

When FEDS are Lowering interest rates you want to convert CASH into ASSETS because the invisible hand of the FED will destroy cash to inflate ASSETS. Only the ASSET OWNERS Benefit from this Wealth Creation. The Poor are Poor because they do not OWN ASSETS.

This is the reason why the WEALTH GAP grew astronomically under OBAMA because after the Financial crisis the FED invisible hand started inflating ASSETS to create wealth to grow the economy again.
